Instant Credit Manager provides you with some CRM capabilities which makes it easy to maintain a historical record of any communication with the customer.

Any email or note added to the customers record is saved in the CRM section, is date and time stamped in addition to recording the person who made the entry (taken from the login information).

This information is extremely valuable to an agent, especially if there are more than one person working in that agent office. Any person that speaks with a customer can enter notes, or if an email is sent, the entire contents of that email are stored in the CRM section. If at any time the customer calls in and someone else answers the call, they will see notes from any contact/communication ever conducted with that customer, and can also add their own from the recent call.
